ANNOUNCEMENT

The United States Department of the Treasury advised that the Underwriting Limitation for The Guarantee Company of North America USA has been increased to $11,286,000. This increase enables us to significantly increase our capacity to issue bonds for contractors bidding on federal projects as well as other projects which may specify a "T Limit" requirement.
